AVANTA Residential Announces $7.0 Million Preferred Equity Investment in Amare Rio Rancho Build-to-Rent Community
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AVANTA Residential today announced a $7.0 million preferred equity investment for the development of Amare Rio Rancho, a new 128-unit build-to-rent community in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The project is being developed by Verdot Capital, a vertically integrated real estate development firm with over two decades of experience.

The investment will facilitate the construction of a mix of 39 one-bedroom, 39 two-bedroom, and 50 three-bedroom townhomes and detached patio homes. The community is designed to offer a premium living experience with a full suite of amenities, including a resort-style pool and spa, a modern clubhouse, a fitness center, yoga spaces, and a dog park. The townhomes will also feature two-car attached garages.
Located in one of New Mexico’s fastest-growing cities, the Amare Rio Rancho site offers exceptional convenience. It is situated near major employers like Intel, Sandia National Labs, and Castelion’s planned rocket motor manufacturing campus. The community is also directly across from Presbyterian Rust Medical Center and is near the local elementary, middle and high schools.
