KI Wall Expands Glass Capabilities Through Strategic Acquisition of Custom Glass Products, LLC-Wisconsin

Partnership expands fabrication alignment to support KI Wall storefront and wall systems

GREEN BAY, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KI Wall, a division of KI and a leader in architectural wall systems and pod solutions, has announced a strategic acquisition of long-standing Wausau, Wisconsin-based glass fabricator Custom Glass Products, LLC–Wisconsin (CGP-WI).

The partnership enhances KI Wall’s ability to deliver greater precision, flexibility, and reliability across storefront and glass-intensive wall system applications. By strengthening fabrication alignment, KI Wall will improve coordination across the design-to-delivery process, enabling more predictable lead times, expanded customization, and increased responsiveness to complex architectural requirements.

“Architects rely on seamless integration between design intent and execution,” said Ryan Usiak, vice president, KI Wall. “By deepening our partnership with a trusted fabrication partner, we’re strengthening our ability to support more nuanced solutions—whether that’s tighter tolerances, specialized glazing, or project-specific customization—while maintaining the consistency and reliability our customers expect.”

CGP-WI brings decades of experience fabricating high-quality insulated and monolithic glass and has supplied finished glass products to KI Wall for many years. This alignment creates a strong platform for future innovation, supporting evolving performance, aesthetic, and sustainability goals within architectural environments.

Eric Reeder, owner of Custom Glass Products, LLC–Wisconsin, emphasized continuity for customers and employees alike. “CGP-WI was built on trust, quality, and long-term relationships,” Reeder said. “This next chapter allows us to strengthen our operations and invest in the future while continuing to serve our customers with the same focus and independence they expect.”

CGP-WI will continue operating as a standalone business, with no changes to its customer relationships or day-to-day operations.

For KI Wall customers, the expanded capabilities provide greater confidence and continuity as demand grows for integrated storefront and glass-intensive applications. This acquisition reinforces KI Wall’s commitment to supporting architects with dependable systems, thoughtful detailing, and solutions that perform as designed.
