HUXWRX Introduces the FLOW 45 M, the Lightest Two-Piece Modular .45 Suppressor on the Market

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HUXWRX Safety Co. today announced the launch of the FLOW 45 M, the lightest and most adaptable two-piece modular .45 caliber suppressor available on the market, debuting at SHOT Show 2026 in Booth No. 13454.

Designed to deliver unmatched versatility across handguns, pistol-caliber carbines and rifles chambered in .45 and under, the FLOW 45 M combines HUXWRX Flow-Through Technology with a two-piece modular design and ultra-lightweight titanium construction. The result is a suppressor that adapts seamlessly to changing platforms, environments and mission requirements.

Weighing just 7.4 ounces in its full-length configuration or 5.4 ounces in its compact K configuration, the FLOW 45 M is currently the lightest two-piece modular .45 suppressor available. A supplied booster assembly adds 2.3 ounces for optimal handgun performance.

Manufactured using 3D-printed Grade 23 titanium, the FLOW 45 M balances extreme durability with minimal weight. Shooters can run the suppressor in its full-length configuration for maximum suppression or quickly convert to the compact K configuration when speed and maneuverability matter most. Mounting options include pistol, mini stiction, direct-thread and 3-lug adapters, allowing for seamless integration across handguns, PCCs, lever guns and other firearm platforms.

Optimized for .45 ACP, the FLOW 45 M supports a wide range of calibers up to 400 Legend and performs exceptionally with cartridges such as 9mm, 10mm, 45 Long Colt, 45-70 Government and 458 SOCOM. Tested calibers include 9mm Luger, 10mm Auto, 45 ACP, 45-70 Government and 458 SOCOM.

The FLOW 45 M is finished in C Series Black or FDE Cerakote and ships complete with the suppressor body, suppressor module, external thread protector, .578 x 28 piston and booster assembly, wrench and a pre-installed O-ring.
