Anythink Libraries Announces New Reunion Express Library To Open in Reunion in Fall 2026

Adams County Public Library System To Open Its Ninth Branch and Second of Its Kind in Colorado, Inviting Community Input on Future Programs and Services

THORNTON, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Anythink Libraries, Adams County’s public library system, announced plans to open its first Express Library in the growing Reunion community—and seeks local input on the library’s services via a community survey to its 60,000 residents. The Anythink Reunion Express Library will be Anythink’s ninth branch, following the opening of the Nature Library in the summer of 2026.

Anythink Libraries invites Reunion residents to help shape its Express Library, a fully self-service library opening in Fall 2026, with a bilingual community survey now available in English and Spanish until January 2026.

The Anythink Reunion Express Library is scheduled to open in fall 2026 at 15400 E. 103rd Place, Unit 100, in Commerce City. Located in the heart of Reunion’s major shopping district, the storefront location offers proximity to local shops and schools, making the library convenient to visit while running errands and easy to integrate into regular routines.

The second of its kind in Colorado, the Anythink Reunion Express Library will take an innovative approach to increase library access and convenience for community members. The fully self-service library will allow community members to access Anythink’s services any time and every day of the year, including holidays.

“Our new self-service express library empowers Anythink Libraries to fulfill a simple but powerful promise: Your library is here for you, and is here to meet customers where they are at,” said Mark Fink, Executive Director of Anythink Libraries. “By offering quick, convenient access to holds, popular materials, computers, printing and WiFi, Anythink is making it easier for community members to connect with stories, information and opportunities in a location that better aligns with their busy schedules.”

The Anythink Reunion Express Library services will include:

  • A collection of new and popular items
  • Dedicated hold shelves to pick up materials
  • Self-checkout stations for borrowing items
  • Return bins for dropping off materials
  • Computers and free WiFi
  • Printing, copying and faxing

Share your feedback on the new library’s most important services

Anythink will design the new Reunion Express Library based on the community's wants and needs. That’s why Anythink is asking Reunion residents to share their opinions on the most important services the new location will offer. The survey will be open through Jan. 24. Take the survey today in English or Spanish.
