RSA Announces New Chief Customer Officer

BEDFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RSA, the security-first identity leader, today announced the appointment of Ryan Toben as Chief Customer Officer, a key addition to the company’s leadership team.

Toben is a proven customer success and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience driving commercial execution and sales strategy. As Chief Customer Officer, he will own and elevate the end-to-end RSA customer journey, serving as the voice of the customer and leading a global organization focused on helping customers realize value across every stage of their engagement with RSA.

Previously, he worked as Chief Revenue Officer at Kiddom and held several leadership roles at Gainsight, culminating as General Manager of International Business. Toben currently serves on the board of US Special Rescue.
