Henry Bendit Promoted to Managing Principal; Four Additional Team Members Promoted

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC (“Odyssey”) today announced the promotions of several members of its team, effective January 1, 2026:

• Henry Bendit has been promoted to Managing Principal from Principal. Mr. Bendit currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Odyssey portfolio companies Protective Industrial Products, PSE Group, and The Planet Group.
• Spencer Marks and Tyler Miller have been promoted to Vice President from Senior Associate.
• Eitan Lewittes has been promoted to Senior Associate from Associate on the investment team, and Isabelle Lotocki has been promoted to Senior Associate from Associate on the finance team.
