Baldwin Supply Company Acquires Construction & Aggregate Products, Inc., Expanding Regional Footprint

PLYMOUTH, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Baldwin Supply, a leading Midwest distributor of power transmission, conveyor belt and other industrial supplies, is acquiring Construction & Aggregate Products, Inc. (CAP).

With deep expertise across food and beverage, manufacturing, aggregate, agriculture, packaging, and material handling, Baldwin Supply helps customers improve uptime, enhance safety, and optimize production.

CAP, with locations in Des Moines, Iowa, and Lenexa, Kan., is a leading distributor of critical parts to several industries, including aggregate, mining, and construction.
