Hoy brings extensive experience in healthcare operations and organizational leadership and will lead MediTrans through its next phase of scale, technology investment, and stakeholder collaboration. His appointment comes at a pivotal moment for the NEMT landscape in Louisiana, as MediTrans works closely with providers, legislators, and state agencies to strengthen access to care and service reliability statewide.
