Mirantis Launches MCP AdaptiveOps Services to Help Enterprises Build and Operate Agentic Infrastructure

Implementing Model Context Protocol servers at enterprise scale

CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mirantis, delivering Kubernetes-native infrastructure for AI, today announced AdaptiveOps services to help enterprises deploy Model Context Protocol (MCP), ranging from assessments to design, build and operation of AI-native systems using MCP.

“With MCP governance transitioning to the open source community, we expect even more rapid adoption and accelerated development of the technology,” said Randy Bias, vice president of open source strategy and technology at Mirantis. “So, at this nascent stage of AI and MCP technology, we’re applying our expertise to help enterprises at whatever level is needed from getting started to full implementations. Our adaptable approach helps enterprises navigate the chaos by building around open standards and a flexible architecture that can accommodate changes as technology evolves.”

On September 30, Mirantis launched its MCP AdaptiveOps framework as a safe and reliable way for engineering teams to build and operate MCP servers, while ensuring interoperability and compliance as the MCP ecosystem evolves. MCP AdaptiveOps is a future-proof framework that abstracts away uncertainty in today’s fast-moving ecosystem of registries, gateways, and LLM routers, accelerating delivery of MCP servers that are production-ready while adaptable to whatever standards and components emerge as the Model Context Protocol matures.

Now, Mirantis builds on that framework with MCP AdaptiveOps services offerings which include:

  • Agentic Readiness Assessment - 2-day strategy and discovery engagement that results in a report and prioritization of initial use cases;
  • Agentic Engineering Bootcamp - 3-day hands-on workshop that is onsite or virtual for up to 10 engineers;
  • MCP Server Factory - 3-6 week project to create reusable MCP server templates, workflows, and best practices;
  • MCP Server Development - 4-8 week development engagement to design and implement MCP servers or agents;
  • AI Risk & Compliance Operating Model - 4-8 week consulting to align the customer agentic platform and processes with internal policies and external frameworks, including auditing/reporting for agentic systems;
  • Agentic Platform Design & Implementation - 8-16 week engagement to design and implement an agentic platform that includes multi-tenancy, governance policies, observability, and integration with Large Language Models (LLMs).
