Ms. Minyard-Bishop has accepted the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), which incorporates her preceding responsibilities as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In her new capacity as CRO, she will concentrate on the strategic expansion of the sales force to sustain Intel 471’s revenue growth by cultivating trusted relationships with customers and partners. Mr. Micallef has been elevated to Chief Technical Officer (CTO). In this role, his leadership will guide the Research & Development Team in delivering exceptional user experiences and product innovation for Intel 471’s award-winning SaaS platform, Verity471, thereby fulfilling Intel 471’s mission to empower organizations in combating increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.

Ms. Minyard-Bishop contributes over two decades of experience in constructing sophisticated sales, customer success, and intelligence operations teams, resulting in multi-million-dollar contributions and achievements. As CCO, she was instrumental in establishing Intel 471’s customer support function to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. In her new position as CRO, she will continue to oversee customer retention and the customer support function, in addition to maintaining a hyper-focus on expanding the company’s global sales force to accelerate revenue growth and deliver cyber intelligence solutions that enable organizations to proactively respond to cyber threats and mitigate digital risk.

Mr. Micallef also possesses more than 25 years of professional experience in cybersecurity and threat intelligence, including previous roles at UBS, Google and with his company, SpiderFoot, which was subsequently acquired by Intel 471. His role and leadership were pivotal in the development and delivery of CTI-driven solutions on the Verity471 platform. As CTO, Mr. Micallef will perpetuate the objective of Verity471, which is to advance cybersecurity and disrupt the pattern of reactive cyber defense. He will ensure that Intel 471’s offerings operationalize cyber threat intelligence with the speed and context required by organizations to drive a proactive response, neutralize threats and mitigate risk.
