SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At CES 2026, Sonatus, a leader in intelligence-driven software-defined vehicle (SDV) technology, will unveil a slate of breakthrough products and solutions that show how AI is reshaping software-defined vehicle capabilities. Featuring numerous demonstrations, including one based on today’s announcement of Sonatus’s development partnership with Nissan Technical Centre Europe, Sonatus will underscore how its expanded ecosystem — spanning customer programs, commercial fleet applications, and collaborations with Tier 1 suppliers — is moving intelligence-driven innovation rapidly from concept to real-world impact.

- Accelerate SOP with Intelligent Test and Validation: On a 2026 Nissan LEAF, Sonatus will demonstrate how AI tools can accelerate vehicle development, helping Nissan Technical Centre Europe (NTCE) deliver faster, smarter, and more efficient engineering workflows for Nissan’s future lineup using Sonatus Collector AI and Sonatus AI Technician.
- Delight Drivers with Features-on-Demand: A joint demonstration with Bosch will showcase its modern E/E architecture, coupled with real-world data collection and efficient OTA updates using Sonatus Collector AI and Sonatus Updater that together enable personalized feature-on-demand deployment for unique driving experiences.

Deliver In-Vehicle Edge AI at Scale: Using the newly announced Sonatus AI Director, Sonatus will show how a diverse ecosystem of in-vehicle AI models can introduce new capabilities across many vehicle subsystems:
- Drive Predictive Maintenance with Tire Wear AI: Sonatus AI Director enables scalable deployment of in-vehicle edge AI models. Around Sonatus’s retrofitted 1970 Ford Bronco, a demonstration will feature a Michelin tire-wear model deployed on NXP S32 vehicle processors to deliver predictive maintenance.
- Maximize Compute for AI and Vehicle Functions: A demonstration of MOTER’s advanced driving analysis, deployed on Renesas S4 silicon, enables behavioral and contextual insurance applications that showcase the breadth of Sonatus AI Director’s capabilities.
- Additional Use Cases: An interactive kiosk will host demonstrations will feature others from our growing ecosystem of AI model providers, including COMPREDICT (virtual sensors for drivetrain and component stress), Qnovo (battery health management), and VicOne (cybersecurity threat protection), further showing the breadth of the Sonatus AI Director ecosystem.
- Unlock Vehicle Data with GenAI: A demo featuring Sonatus Collector AI will highlight how technical and non-technical OEM users can leverage Generative AI to create and deploy a data collection policy in real time. Visitors at CES will experience live-streamed results from a production Hyundai Kona SUV driving live around Sonatus HQ in Sunnyvale, Calif.
- Accelerate Vehicle Production with Automated Testing: In an end-of-line testing scenario, visitors will see Sonatus Automator AI manage automated functional testing workflows that help OEMs accelerate time-to-market and improve production efficiency.
- Enhance Fleet Operations with Smart Diagnostics: Sonatus will showcase commercial fleet diagnostics and feature a Class 8 Kenworth truck, highlighting how AI-enabled root-cause analysis can reduce downtime, improve reliability, and optimize operations across large vehicle fleets with Sonatus AI Technician.
