Dalberth brings extensive philanthropic sector leadership as the former Chief Administrative Officer of Fidelity Charitable, where she oversaw governance, operations, and risk management.

Her expertise spans governance and oversight, fiduciary leadership, business strategy, risk management, operations management, and financial reporting.
