Duly Health and Care Hosts Community Primary Care Health Fair in Addison on December 13

ADDISON, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Duly Health and Care is bringing accessible, affordable, high-quality care even closer to home with a community Primary Care Health Fair on Friday, December 13, from 10 AM to 12 PM at 1034 N. Rohlwing Road, Addison, IL 60101.

The event is designed to make it easier for residents to connect with the care and support they need to stay well. Attendees can meet their local primary care physicians, learn more about Duly’s comprehensive services, and take advantage of free wellness offerings, including:

  • Flu shots at no cost*
  • Free screenings, including blood pressure checks, fall risk assessments, and pulse oximetry
  • Same-day Primary Care appointments available onsite from 12 PM to 3 PM

Providers participating in the event include Dr. Manpreet Aujla, Dr. Alejandro Gonzalez, Dr. Sumaira Jabeen, Dr. Reji Ninan, and Marina Moeller, PA‑C.
