Avetta Unveils 2026 Summit Series and Opens Customer Awards Nominations

Together, these initiatives seek to elevate and celebrate the Avetta customer community

LEHI, Utah & HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avetta®, the leading provider of supply chain risk management (SCRM) software, today revealed key details about its 2026 Summit Series of annual customer events, including the date and location of the flagship North America event. The company also announced that it is now accepting nominations for its 2026 customer awards.

The Summit Series brings together the world’s brightest minds in safety, sustainability and procurement to connect, collaborate and chart the future of building resilient supply chains that are ready to work. The 2026 series is set to kick off on May 20-21, 2026, in Chicago, Illinois. Regional events in Australia and the U.K. will follow in September and October, respectively.

The customer awards program, now in its fifth year, spotlights top customers—hiring clients and suppliers—in the Avetta customer community that are driving bold transformations across health and safety, sustainability, workforce management and operational excellence. As in 2025, next year’s winners will be announced and celebrated at their regional 2026 Summit Series events.

2026 Summit Series

In 2026, Avetta is transforming its Summit Series into an immersive, participatory experience that brings hiring clients and suppliers together to learn, build relationships and solve real industry challenges side by side. Next year’s series will introduce enhanced program formats, more opportunities for engagement and deeper industry learning experiences tailored by region.

“Our goal is to evolve the Summit Series beyond a traditional conference model,” said Abid Yousuf, Chief Customer Officer at Avetta. “We’re creating a stronger ecosystem experience that brings together hiring clients, suppliers and partners in more meaningful ways. We encourage our entire customer community to join us in learning from one another, exploring best practices and discovering new opportunities to grow.”

The May 20-21, 2026 flagship event in Chicago will take place at the Marriott Marquis Chicago, 2121 S Prairie Ave, Chicago, IL 60616. Specific dates and locations for the Australia and U.K. events will be announced later.

2026 Customer Awards

Building on the momentum of more than 400 submissions in 2025 from some of the world’s most influential companies—including Cargill, Caterpillar and Cushman & Wakefield—Avetta expects the 2026 customer awards to be the most inspiring and competitive yet.

“These awards are a moment to pause and acknowledge our customers’ extraordinary dedication to creating a better world—one that’s safer, more sustainable and more efficient,” Yousuf added. “Whether you’re a hiring client committed to building a supply chain that goes beyond mere compliance or a supplier that’s setting new standards for safe and reliable work, we invite you to share your success and be applauded for it. You deserve it.”

The program provides a platform for hiring clients to showcase how they are transforming risk management from reactive to proactive and delivering valuable impact across their entire supply chains.

“The Avetta Customer Awards celebrate progress and inspire continuous improvement,” said Katie Dolan, Manager, Health and Safety Programs and Support Services at GDI-Ainsworth. “Winning last year validated our hard work and showed the power of teamwork. We’re excited to keep building on this momentum and set even higher safety standards.”

The awards also champion the vital role suppliers play in SCRM, honoring their commitment to rigorous prequalification that is transforming performance and setting new standards for competitive excellence.

“We were thrilled to receive the 2025 Avetta Operational Excellence Leader award,” said Brian Francis, Director of Corporate Safety at RF MacDonald. “Not only was it a boost to our entire team—from management to field operators—but it’s a great way to demonstrate to clients that we don’t just talk the talk, we walk the walk."

Over the past year, customers have continued to raise the bar by leveraging Avetta’s latest innovations, from advanced AI capabilities and deeper risk-intelligence integrations to enhanced safety-manual audits and an all-new mobile experience. These solutions are expected to feature prominently in this year’s submissions, which will span across a series of performance categories and be judged on a set of objective criteria by Avetta’s safety, sustainability and operational experts along with a panel of third-party industry leaders. The categories for 2026 are:
