Arizona’s acquisition will resurrect hundreds of local jobs and provide a continuation of operations at the Anaheim site. The company has a nationwide footprint producing their famed $0.99 bottled and canned beverages amongst other products.

Speaking with HDC CEO Lenny Davis, he detailed that “As with the Sacramento facility, our team quickly recognized that the Anaheim operation held exceptional strategic value for the beverage industry. Manna’s exit opened a meaningful market opportunity, and the facility’s fully integrated West Coast manufacturing and distribution platform drew immediate interest. Securing a transaction with an industry stalwart like Arizona Beverages USA underscores the strength of the asset and the effectiveness of our process. I’m extremely proud of how quickly and professionally our team advanced this deal and brought it to a successful conclusion ahead of the planned equipment auctions on December 3rd and 4th.”
