General Enterprise Ventures Announces Uplisting to the NYSE American Stock Exchange

Company to trade under “CITR” ticker after uplisting

OCEANSIDE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--General Enterprise Ventures, Inc. (OTCID: GEVI) today announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the NYSE American LLC (“NYSE American”). Accordingly, the Company’s common stock will commence trading on the NYSE American effective at the opening of trading on or about December 4, 2025. The Company’s common stock will subsequently trade under the symbol “CITR.”

The Company's shares will continue to trade on the Other OTC Market until the close of the market on or about December 3, 2025. Upon effectiveness of the listing on the NYSE American, trading of the common stock on the Other OTC Market will terminate. Stockholders of the Company do not need to take any action prior to the listing of the Company’s shares on the NYSE American under the CITR ticker.
