Edwin Castillo has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Enablement, and Beth Shuman as Vice President of Sales Operations. He brings more than two decades of experience building high-performing enablement and operations functions at leading enterprise software companies—including Oracle, Salesforce, DocuSign, Twilio, 8x8, and Freshworks—where he helped drive revenue growth and sales transformation at scale.

As Vice President of Sales Operations, Shuman will lead global sales operations, advancing the scalability and effectiveness of o9’s commercial organization. She joins o9 with more than 20 years of experience in sales operations and revenue optimization. Most recently, Shuman served as Vice President of Sales Operations and Enablement at QAD, where she led initiatives that enhanced forecast accuracy, improved process governance, and increased sales productivity across global teams. She previously held leadership roles at Thales and immixGroup, where she improved performance and accelerated time to revenue.
