Wrike Appoints Michelle MacCarthy as Chief Customer Officer

New leadership will elevate customer success and retention across global enterprise organizations

Most recently in her previous role she built the Customer Experience function from the ground up, successfully scaled customer success management, and advanced a unified go-to-market approach that drove outcomes, long-term value realization, and customer-centric transformation.
