Chief Continues to Bolster Executive Leadership Team with Appointment of Amanda Allen as Chief Financial Officer

Allen is an accomplished finance leader with an exceptional track record scaling organizations across the technology, retail, and hospitality sectors

Allen is Chief’s third executive appointment this year under the leadership of CEO Alison Moore

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chief, the most powerful membership community and platform for senior women leaders, has named Amanda Allen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Allen is an accomplished finance executive with an exceptional track record building, transforming, and leading finance teams across a wide range of businesses and industries. As CFO, Allen will oversee long-term strategic planning as Chief evolves its membership experience to reflect the expansive career paths of today’s senior women leaders.

“This has been a transformative year as we’ve evolved our experience to reflect what leadership looks like for today’s multihyphenate women leaders,” said Alison Moore, Chief CEO. “That evolution has included adding strategic depth and breadth to our executive team. Over the past year, we’ve welcomed a new Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Experience Officer, and now Amanda as CFO, whose leadership brings both financial discipline and visionary thinking that’s anchored in creating value for all stakeholders. Her experience guiding organizational expansion and helping companies grow responsibly with lasting impact will be crucial as we enter our next chapter at Chief.”

Before joining Chief, Allen held CFO roles at Nuritas, LightBox, High Ridge Brands, and Edible Arrangements. She began her career as an investment banker and spent the years since in strategy and corporate finance roles at large multinationals like PepsiCo as well as small founder-led companies like Waterworks. Allen also sits on the Advisory Board for New York University’s Center for Sustainable Business. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Duke University and an MBA from NYU.

Allen’s appointment follows the recent additions of Sabrina Caluori, Chief Marketing Officer, and Roshanie Ross, Chief Experience Officer, marking Chief’s third executive appointment in 2025 as the company continues to expand its leadership team under Moore’s direction.

“Creating stakeholder value has been the unifying theme of my career and I’m thrilled to bring that capability to Chief at such an exciting time in the company’s journey,” said Amanda Allen, Chief Financial Officer at Chief. “Chief has built a powerful community of senior women leaders who are redefining what leadership looks like during a time of unprecedented change. As the mother of two daughters, I am deeply passionate about supporting Chief’s mission. I look forward to working with the team to unlock new ways to deliver lasting value to our members and our collective set of stakeholders.”
