Cambia Health Solutions Welcomes Kara Beeler as Chief Human Resources Officer

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cambia Health Solutions is pleased to welcome Kara Beeler as its next chief human resources officer (CHRO) to develop human capital strategies that accelerate growth, drive business performance and build organizational resilience.

Beeler comes to Cambia from Fortive, a global industrial and health care technology company, where she most recently served as vice president of talent. In this role, she led enterprise-wide human resource strategies for Fortive's portfolio spanning 17 operating companies and 25,000 employees across 47 countries. She brings more than two decades of global human resources leadership experience, having also worked at Tektronix, WebMD Health Services and semiconductor leader Qorvo.

Beeler will start Dec. 1. She will succeed Elizabeth Cole, who is retiring at the end of 2025 after her 4 1/2-year tenure as Cambia's CHRO.

Beeler earned a Master of Business Administration from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and communication from the University of Oregon.
