Following record revenue growth and multiple national honors, Conti Federal announces key promotions to support its next phase of strategic expansion

  • Lou Zecca, formerly Chief Operating Officer, will now serve as Chief Strategy Officer, guiding corporate strategic initiatives
  • Anthony Blommel, formerly Chief Administrative Officer, will step into the role of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing global operations
  • Aldo Gonzalez has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, leading the company’s business development and brand strategy efforts
  • Ryan Kanzleiter has been promoted to Vice President of Global Business Development and will lead the company’s global client and market development efforts
  • Korey Mullins has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations – US, overseeing operations in the continental US.
  • Enrique Villa has been promoted to Global Director of Quality, responsible for ensuring delivery excellence across Conti Federal projects worldwide
  • Jason Roberts has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Corporate Administration, leading corporate governance, compliance and risk management
  • David Olcott has been promoted to Global Director of Talent Management, driving the Conti Federal culture, employee development and engagement across the organization
  • Ricardo Nolasco has joined the company as Global Director of Project Controls, responsible for cost management, scheduling, and performance analytics to support program delivery and operational efficiency
  • Justin Hance has joined the company as Program Director for the Indo-Pacific Region, responsible for overseeing Conti Federal’s execution across the region
