Vantage Data Centers Names Christophe Strauven Chief Commercial Officer, North America

Digital infrastructure veteran appointed to further scale commercial strategy for North America’s fastest growing data center company

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vantage Data Centers, a leading global provider of hyperscale data center campuses, today announced the appointment of Christophe Strauven as chief commercial officer (CCO) for North America. Strauven will oversee the region’s commercial strategy, including capital allocation, partnerships, commercial deal structuring and portfolio management, reinforcing Vantage’s continued growth and leadership in the digital infrastructure sector.

Strauven brings 30 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking and corporate finance to this role. Known for his trusted leadership and extensive involvement in complex financial transactions, Strauven has played a critical role in planning and executing the strategy behind Vantage’s global expansion and large-scale debt capital-raising initiatives.

Previously, Strauven served as chief financial officer for North America where he led the region’s finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting and tax functions. Before that, he was senior vice president, capital markets at Vantage, developing and executing the company’s global capital-raising strategy through debt financing and financial risk management.

Prior to joining Vantage, Strauven served as a managing director at Digital Colony (now DigitalBridge Group, Inc.), a lead investor in Vantage, where he spearheaded the firm’s European credit investment initiative. He also spent more than a decade at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta, advising on and executing leveraged loan and high-yield transactions. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Goldman Sachs in London and the Boston Consulting Group in Brussels and Paris.
