Walser Automotive Group Expands with New Kia Dealership in Minnetonka

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Walser Automotive Group continues its strategic growth with the opening of Walser Kia in Minnetonka today, adding one of the industry’s fastest-growing and top-performing brands to its expanding network of dealerships.

The new dealership, located at 15700 Wayzata Blvd in Minnetonka, employs 44 team members, creating new jobs and increased commerce opportunities within the Minnetonka and Wayzata communities.

Campbell Walser, a Minnesota local, returns to the Twin Cities after serving as General Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Wichita, one of nine luxury retail locations on Walser’s Auto Campus in Wichita, Kansas. He is the son of partner Paul Walser and nephew of CEO Andrew Walser.

Campbell Walser’s enthusiasm reflects Kia’s own surge in popularity. Over the past several years, the brand has transformed from value-focused to design-driven, earning national recognition for its award-winning design, advanced technology, and expanding electrified lineup, including vehicles like the Telluride and all-electric EV9.

Walser Kia marks the second new brand to join the Walser group in 2025. Earlier this year, Walser opened Walser Mitsubishi Burnsville, further strengthening the Bloomington-based company’s diverse brand lineup.
