The Difference Card Appoints New Board Member, Bill Golden

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EB Employee Solutions LLC (dba The Difference Card) in partnership with funds managed by Stone Point Capital LLC (Stone Point) announced today that Bill Golden, former Chief Executive Officer of UnitedHealthcare Employer and Individual business, will join the Board of Directors at The Difference Card.

Bill Golden brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare management from UnitedHealth Group, where he held several senior roles. As CEO of the Employer and Individual division, Golden managed a $60 billion business that served over 27 million members. His leadership also extended to UnitedHealthcare’s Local Markets as CEO of the Northeast Region, and an eight-year tenure as CEO of the New York Health Plan.

Prior to UnitedHealthcare, Golden held sales leadership positions at Oxford Health Plans, NYLCare, and MetLife.
