SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced its board of directors approved a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.45 per share, payable Dec. 1, 2025, to stockholders of record on Nov. 7, 2025.
