Benchmark Litigation Names Olson Grimsley Among the Nation’s Top Litigation Law Firms

All five firm name partners earn individual recognition

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Benchmark Litigation has named Olson Grimsley among the best litigation law firms in the country, and the firm’s five founders also earned individual honors from the legal guide.

Benchmark Litigation, the only legal guide to focus exclusively on litigation in the United States, named Olson Grimsley a Highly Recommended law firm for 2026. The legal guide also recognized firm partners Sean Grimsley, Kenzo Kawanabe and Eric Olson as Litigation Stars and partners Abigail Hinchcliff and Jason Murray as Future Stars. Mr. Murray was also named to Benchmark’s 40 & Under list.

“We are pleased to be recognized by Benchmark Litigation this year,” said Mr. Kawanabe. “To be on a list of the nation’s top litigation law firms two years after our founding is powerful validation of our casework and reputation among our peers and clients, for which we are grateful.”

Benchmark Litigation selects honorees based on a thorough analysis of casework, interviews with litigators, peer reviews and feedback from clients.

The Benchmark honors are among several accolades Olson Grimsley attorneys have received this year. They have also been recognized by Chambers USA, Forbes, The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, Lawdragon Leading Lawyers and National Law Journal’s Rising Stars of the Plaintiffs Bar.
