Innovaccer Brings Multimodal AI to the Frontlines of Care with NVIDIA

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Innovaccer Inc., a leading healthcare AI company, today announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to accelerate innovation in multimodal AI for healthcare.

Through this collaboration, Innovaccer has adopted NVIDIA’s full-stack AI platform, including NeMo Guardrails, NeMo Framework, Riva Parakeet NIM, Triton Inference Server, and TensorRT-LLM, to accelerate speech, text, and multimodal intelligence across healthcare workflows. Deployed on GPU-powered AWS and virtual private cloud environments, the integration strengthens scalability, safety, and performance across Innovaccer’s generative AI initiatives.

The integration brings enterprise-scale performance, trust, and efficiency to AI-driven healthcare workflows. NeMo Framework and Triton Inference Server enable multi-GPU training and optimized deployment of large models, while NeMo Guardrails keeps conversations safe, on topic, and compliant with healthcare standards. Riva Parakeet delivers accurate, low-latency speech-to-text and speaker separation, and TensorRT-LLM with Triton ensures real-time inference and cost efficiency across cloud and hybrid environments.

The collaboration focuses on three primary areas:

  • Audio AI for diarization and real-time speech recognition that supports Innovaccer’s Access Center Copilot and other ambient AI experiences.
  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for intelligent document understanding and note generation through Innovaccer’s InNote product.
  • Training and optimization of proprietary models using NVIDIA’s GPU infrastructure to deliver accurate, efficient, and scalable performance across Innovaccer’s AI portfolio.

“Healthcare is entering an era where AI must be able to listen, interpret, and act with precision in order to deliver better outcomes,” said Abhinav Shashank, Co-founder and CEO of Innovaccer. “Our collaboration with NVIDIA strengthens our ability to build responsible, domain-specific AI, which when combined with our unified healthcare data platform, can drive meaningful improvements in outcomes and efficiencies.”

The collaboration forms the foundation for Innovaccer’s broader AI strategy, including its Agents of Care™ which automate a variety of low-value or repetitive tasks that burden care teams. NVIDIA’s technology enables these agents to operate with greater speed and accuracy, using multimodal data to understand context and deliver intelligent support.

The collaboration with NVIDIA extends this potential to more provider organizations by embedding accelerated computing into Innovaccer’s AI-driven healthcare fabric.

“Together, NVIDIA and Innovaccer are defining a new frontier for healthcare AI,” added Shashank. “This collaboration helps us bring real intelligence into every workflow, giving healthcare organizations the tools to deliver more connected, efficient, and human-centered care.”

“Healthcare data is inherently multimodal and deeply contextual. By adopting NVIDIA’s acceleration libraries and platform, speech frameworks, and pre-trained models, Innovaccer is standing up production-ready systems that reason across speech, text, and clinical data in real time. This isn’t just experimentation—it’s healthcare AI being operationalized at scale,” said Trent Norris, Global Head of Business Development for Digital Health at NVIDIA.
