Trinity Investments Announces Appointment of JoAnne Halligan as Chief Financial Officer

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trinity Investments, a private real estate investment firm specializing in global hospitality and real estate opportunities, today announced the appointment of JoAnne Halligan as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Based in Los Angeles, Halligan will oversee Trinity’s finance, accounting, and treasury functions and work closely with the firm’s leadership team to support strategic initiatives across its global platform.

Halligan succeeds Kevin Hayashi, who has retired after more than twenty-eight years of dedicated service to Trinity. Hayashi played an instrumental role in the firm’s financial management and operational growth, and Trinity extends its deepest gratitude for his leadership, professionalism, and contributions throughout his tenure.

Halligan brings more than two decades of experience in accounting, finance, and fund operations. She joins Trinity from Oaktree Capital Management, where she served as Managing Director of Real Estate Fund Accounting and led finance, accounting, and operations for Oaktree’s real estate platform. She has also held other senior finance roles at Oaktree. Halligan began her career in public accounting with KPMG. She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, earning a degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting.
