KYOTO, Japan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nidec Corporation (TOKYO: 6594; OTC US: NJDCY) (the “Company”) hereby announces that, on October 27, 2025, the Company received a notification from Tokyo Stock Exchange stating that our shares are designated as Security on Special Alert effective as of October 28, 2025.
