Dawson Closes Portfolio Finance 6 and Affiliated Vehicles at Over US$7.7 Billion

• Dawson raises its largest fund since inception
• Portfolio Finance 6 exceeded its target of US$6.0 billion, closed oversubscribed at its US$7.0 billion hard cap, and when including affiliated coinvest vehicles, raised over US$7.7 billion of capital commitments

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dawson Partners (together with its advisory affiliates, “Dawson” or the “Firm”) is pleased to announce the successful oversubscribed final closing of Dawson Portfolio Finance 6 LP (“Portfolio Finance 6”, “PF6” or the “Fund”).

PF6, along with affiliated coinvest vehicles, closed on over US$7.7 billion. The Fund was oversubscribed, achieved its hard cap and represents Dawson’s largest Portfolio Finance fund raised to date. Following this closing, Dawson’s assets under management have surpassed US$25 billion a little over 10 years since the Firm’s founding.
