J. B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend and New $1 Billion Share Repurchase Authorization

LOWELL, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:JBHT) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock of $ 0.44 (forty four cents) per common share. The dividend is payable to stockholders of record on November 7, 2025 and will be paid on November 21, 2025.

The Board of Directors also adopted a new share repurchase program authorizing the repurchase of $1 billion of the Company’s common stock. The specific timing and amount of the repurchases will vary based on market conditions, cash flows, securities law limitations and other factors. The repurchase program has no stated expiration date but may be suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice. This new repurchase program will begin after the completion of the Company’s existing $1 billion repurchase program, which had $107 million remaining available and uncommitted at September 30, 2025.
