Simplex Trading Names Dennis Kerlin Chief Compliance Officer

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Simplex Trading, a leading proprietary market-making firm, announced today the appointment of Dennis Kerlin as Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Kerlin will oversee Simplex’s compliance strategy and framework, ensuring operations continue to meet the highest standards of compliance and align with the evolving regulatory requirements.

Mr. Kerlin brings over 25 years of experience in options trading compliance. Since 2011, he has held Chief Compliance Officer roles, most recently overseeing the U.S. broker-dealer’s compliance function as part of a multinational trading firm’s global compliance team.

Mr. Kerlin is widely respected for his deep regulatory knowledge and strategic insight. His appointment reflects Simplex’s ongoing investment in the firm’s growth and its continued commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
