Axos Financial, Inc. Named to Fortune’s Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) (“Axos” or the "Company”), holding company for Axos Bank, Axos Clearing LLC, and Axos Invest, Inc., announced today that it has been named to Fortune’s Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies list for 2025, ranking 63rd overall.

Fortune’s annual list highlights public companies—across all industries—that demonstrate the strongest three-year performance in revenue growth, earnings per share (EPS) growth, and total shareholder return. To qualify, companies must trade on a major U.S. exchange, report in U.S. dollars, and maintain a minimum market capitalization of $225 million. Eligible firms must also post at least 20% annualized growth in both revenue and EPS over the past three years and remain profitable in the most recent quarter.

“We are delighted to be named one of the fastest-growing companies by Fortune,” said Greg Garrabrants, President and CEO of Axos Financial, Inc. “The diversity of our lending and deposit businesses across consumer banking, commercial banking, and securities allow us to deploy capital to businesses where we see the best risk-adjusted returns. Our disciplined organic growth was augmented by opportunistic M&A, team hires, and asset purchases.”
