New report spotlights how Samsara's AI-powered platform helps customers improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability, while detailing the company's own efforts

The company’s newly released 2025 Impact Report highlights how its AI-powered platform empowers organizations in the world of physical operations to significantly improve their safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Highlights from Samsara’s 2025 Impact Report include:

  • Creating a Safer Frontline Workforce: Samsara is leading the way in building advanced technology that helps keep frontline workers safe on the job. In FY25, its technology helped customers prevent more than 250,000 accidents, ensuring the people who power our economy can get home safely. Samsara’s new AI tools, including Weather Intelligence and Automated Coaching, empower operations teams to proactively reduce risk, reward top performers, and coach drivers at scale. The company also introduced the Samsara Wearable, enabling quick response and protection outside of the cab to protect frontline workers in any environment.
  • Reducing Fuel, Time, and Paper Waste: Samsara’s platform enables many customers to operate more efficiently and sustainably than ever before. In FY25, Samsara helped customers reduce more than 3 billion pounds of CO2 emissions and digitize over 300 million workflows. Recent innovations like Route Planning and Commercial Navigation provide advanced routing functions that find the most efficient path based on various factors like customer locations, delivery windows, driver availability, vehicle types, and real-world constraints. Additionally, capabilities like Fault Code Intelligence and Automated Work Orders are driving new levels of maintenance and time efficiency.
  • Achieving Net-Zero Emissions by 2040: Samsara continues to build a sustainable hardware supply chain, invest in climate innovation, and implement efficiencies across the business as it progresses toward its net-zero goal. In FY25, the company achieved an estimated 13% reduction in carbon emissions revenue intensity, incorporated 50% recycled content into its Vehicle Gateways, and expanded supplier sustainability programs.
  • Fostering a Culture of Global Impact: Samsara is committed to building an inclusive culture that reflects the diversity of its customers and empowers every employee. Participation in its employee resource groups grew by 38%, with over 2,000 employees engaged worldwide.
