adjoe Appoints Jed Strong as Enterprise Sales Director, Americas

Strong will lead the company’s go-to-market activities in the Americas, serving as a trusted loyalty partner for enterprise leaders.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--adjoe, the leading rewards-based mobile platform, today announced the appointment of Jed Strong as Enterprise Sales Director. In this new role, Strong will work closely with adjoe’s global leadership team to scale enterprise strategy, execute deals with key brands and retailers, and ensure long-term partner success across the North American region. adjoe is known for helping brands boost user engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and unlock sustainable revenue growth through its flagship product, Arcade, a gamified app engagement solution used to offer customers meaningful, non-transactional rewards.

“Today’s enterprises need new, fun, engaging, and lasting ways to build brand loyalty. Jed has previously been on the customer side of adjoe, carrying a unique perspective that will help him introduce brands to what’s possible when it comes to customer loyalty,” said Tommy Yannopoulos, VP of Revenue, Americas at adjoe. “His proven track record working with Fortune 500 brands, combined with his deep understanding of consumer engagement, loyalty ecosystems, and measurable growth strategies, makes him the perfect fit to lead the charge and take our partnerships to the next level.”

Strong brings over a decade of experience in loyalty, gaming, and technology, creating partnerships that fuel customer engagement and revenue growth. Prior to joining adjoe, he served as VP of Partnerships at Playback Rewards, where he built the go-to-market strategy that brought the startup from zero to multi-million dollar revenues. His expertise and previous work securing landmark partnerships with household names, including Visa, Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, and others, will accelerate adjoe’s next phase of growth.

Strategically situated in Chicago, a key hub for leading retailers, quick service restaurants (QSRs), and financial services brands in the U.S., Strong will help adjoe deliver on the growing demand for its new loyalty solutions. The company’s continued expansion comes on the heels of its recent U.S. headquarters opening in Boston, underscoring its commitment to global growth and deeper collaboration with top brands and retailers across loyalty, retail, technology, and mobile gaming ecosystems. The market increasingly recognizes the value at the intersection of rewards programs, gaming, and the meaningful customer connections that non-transactional rewards can foster.

“As a former adjoe partner, I saw firsthand how its Arcade solution can increase user engagement and drive meaningful top and bottom-line growth for enterprises building the next generation of loyalty experiences. In this role, I will bring that same solution to world-class brands to help them reimagine how they engage with their customers,” said Jed Strong, Enterprise Sales Director at adjoe. “The ambitious global team at adjoe has the vision and resources needed to drive meaningful impact and, together with our partners, we can shape the future of non-transactional rewards and loyalty.”
