Scott Wilson Joins Ryan as Senior Vice President, Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, is pleased to announce that Scott Wilson has joined the Firm as Senior Vice President, Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer (CTSO). Wilson brings more than two decades of strategic leadership expertise with a proven track record of developing and executing opportunities from boardrooms to front lines that grow businesses, cultivate innovation, and instill accountability.

Prior to joining Ryan, Wilson served as the chief underwriting and investment officer at a financial services and technology company. Focused on the creation of a cutting-edge, technology-enabled business unit, Wilson introduced digital processes that cut transaction times from months to days while delivering returns well above expectations. Previously, he led strategy for a multinational alternative asset investment firm, while leading a $1 billion private equity portfolio. He also served on the boards of more than a half-dozen companies. Wilson launched his career at McKinsey & Company where he advised Fortune 500 clients on growth and operational excellence.

He will be based at Ryan’s headquarters in Plano, Texas, reporting to Ginny B. Kissling, President Americas and Chief Operating Officer.
