City Credit Union Relocates Corporate Headquarters and Flagship Branch to 8344 East R.L. Thornton Freeway on October 14

New location enhances member access, visibility and room to grow

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--City Credit Union (City CU) today announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters and branch to 8344 East R.L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75228, effective today. The move centralizes the credit union’s executive offices and flagship retail branch in a highly accessible, modern facility designed to better serve members and support continued growth.

Located along the I-30 corridor, the new headquarters offers improved visibility and convenient access, expanded parking and upgraded technology across both corporate and member-facing spaces. The flagship East Dallas branch will feature enhanced service areas, private consultation offices and digital self-service options.

  • Parking & access: expanded onsite parking; easy entry from East R.L. Thornton Freeway/I-30 and Samuell Boulevard

Transition Information

  • Existing accounts, routing numbers, loan terms and digital banking logins will not change because of the move.
  • Members may continue to bank through mobile and online channels 24/7.
  • The branch at 7474 Ferguson Road, Dallas, TX 75228 permanently closed on October 10.
