D.A. Davidson Strengthens Industrial Technology Practice with Industry Veteran Jay Hernandez

Jay Hernandez joins the Diversified Industrials group, bolstering Industrial Technology coverage.

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--D.A. Davidson & Co. has announced that its Investment Banking group has hired industry veteran Jason “Jay” Hernandez as Managing Director. Hernandez joins Managing Director Chris Donegan in Boston to enhance the firm’s Industrial Technology practice.

Hernandez has over two decades of experience in M&A and corporate finance working with private equity and venture capital firms, family offices, founder-owners, corporate executives, and institutional investors in Industrial Technology. He joins the firm from Raymond James & Associates, Inc., where he led the global Industrial Technology practice covering Test and Inspection, Process Meters and Controls, and Robotics and Automation markets. Prior, he worked with Moelis & Company and Harris Williams & Co. as Managing Director.
