Angeles Equity Partners Adds Trent Ketterer to Investment Team

Experienced Transaction Leader Expands Angeles’ Capabilities

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Angeles Equity Partners, LLC (“Angeles”), a private investment firm that partners with niche manufacturing, critical industrial services, and specialty distribution businesses to realize their full potential, announced that Trent Ketterer has joined the firm as a vice president on the investment team. In this role, he will focus on evaluating, executing, and managing investments across the industrials sector.

Angeles focuses on revitalizing underperforming industrial businesses with a consistent approach to operational transformation and strategic repositioning. Ketterer brings extensive middle-market industrials private equity experience, further strengthening Angeles’ sector-focused investment capabilities.

Before joining Angeles, Trent was an investment professional at Sun Capital Partners in Los Angeles, where he was primarily responsible for deal evaluation and execution and overseeing portfolio companies. Prior to Sun Capital Partners, he served as a Research Analyst with Spitfire Capital, a value-oriented, concentrated hedge fund, where he was responsible for investment sourcing and research across a variety of industries. Trent began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Wells Fargo Securities.

Trent earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California and his M.B.A., with Honors, from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is a CFA^® charterholder.
