CloudWalk Hosts OpenAI for a Week-Long AI Immersion in São Paulo, Showcasing the Future of Human-Machine Collaboration

The Brazilian technology company behind InfinitePay and JIM.com becomes a global reference in large-scale AI agent operations

SÃO PAULO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CloudWalk, the global technology company behind InfinitePay and JIM.com, is hosting a week-long AI immersion with OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT, at its São Paulo headquarters.

The initiative, taking place just before OpenAI’s DevDay Exchange São Paulo on October 16, highlights CloudWalk’s role as one of the world’s most advanced real-world testbeds for AI agents transforming business operations.

Throughout the week, CloudWalk and OpenAI teams will lead presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions exploring large-scale generative AI deployments.

CloudWalk will open its ecosystem of over 60 autonomous AI agents collaborating daily with 700 human team members, serving more than 5 million entrepreneurs using InfinitePay solutions.

Spotlight: JIM, the entrepreneur’s AI partner

One of the key highlights will be JIM, InfinitePay’s intelligent assistant. Developed by CloudWalk, JIM is the first AI agent designed for Brazilian entrepreneurs, an intelligent agent integrated into the InfinitePay application that personalizes marketing campaigns, adjusts prices, creates images, reviews contracts, manages sales and financial transactions – all adapted to each entrepreneur's profile.

In addition to JIM, CloudWalk will present other agents operating in areas such as communications, marketing, risk, product, and customer service. The company’s AI infrastructure has become one of the largest global agent-based operations.

“CloudWalk is a living example of how AI can transform businesses, people, and entire ecosystems. This immersion with OpenAI is an important step in our global journey to build the future of work with intelligent agents,” says Rafael Artusi, Head of Product at CloudWalk.

The visit takes place during the same week as the OpenAI DevDay Exchange, a global event connecting AI developers in cities such as São Paulo, London, Bengaluru, Tokyo, and Seoul.
