One Rock Capital Partners Expands Operating Partner Team With Addition of Larry Brand

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (“One Rock”), a value-oriented, operationally focused private equity firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Larry Brand to its team of Operating Partners. Mr. Brand will support post-acquisition value creation at One Rock’s portfolio companies through strategic talent and organizational development initiatives and alignment of human resources, business and operational strategies.

Mr. Brand joins the team with more than 30 years of experience in HR and business transformation, with senior executive roles in public, private, family-owned, and private equity-backed companies across manufacturing, engineering, and commercial industries. Most recently, Mr. Brand served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Justrite Safety Group where he led global HR and Environmental Health & Safety functions for more than 2,500 employees and drove strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee engagement. Prior to Justrite, he held executive roles at Elkay Manufacturing Company, Sparton Corporation, and Fellowes Brands. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brand held leadership positions in HR and operations at Square D Company/Schneider Electric, Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, Enesco Corporation, and LifeSource Blood Services.
