Flywl Now Fully Transactable on Microsoft Azure Marketplace

Expanded hyperscaler footprint unlocks new enterprise software deal flow via Multi Party Private Offers (MPOs)

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Flywl, the cloud marketplace platform transforming enterprise software procurement, today announced that it is now fully transactable on Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Flywl can facilitate software transactions on Azure through Multi Party Private Offers (MPOs), enabling enterprise buyers to route spend through the Azure Marketplace and use their Azure Consumption Commitments.

This milestone expands Flywl’s hyperscaler footprint and strengthens its position as the go-to infrastructure for marketplace-native procurement.

“Becoming fully transactable on Azure expands our cloud marketplace presence and unlocks a powerful new channel for enterprise deal flow. It empowers buyers to procure with precision, transact on their terms, and maximize every dollar of their cloud commitment,” said Ankur Srivastava, CEO of Flywl.

MPOs allow Microsoft customers to purchase software solutions through Azure Marketplace while distributing payment to multiple parties, including ISVs, resellers, and partners. For organizations with Azure Consumption Commitment agreements, these transactions count toward their committed spend with no annual caps—a significant distinction from other marketplaces.

This Azure activation marks a key step in Flywl’s broader strategy to support multi-cloud procurement across hyperscalers, enabling faster, finance-aligned software transactions wherever enterprise buyers choose to transact.
