Mundial Media Bolsters Leadership Team with New Hires from Yahoo, My Code, & Raymond James

New Appointments Strengthen Business Development, Direct Sales, and Sales Enablement

These new hires include seasoned professionals in sales, sales enablement, business development, and financial operations, bringing with them deep expertise from digital media, multicultural marketing and organizational growth.

Danny Ensenat has been named VP of East Coast Sales. A well-known leader in Hispanic media, Danny brings over 15 years of experience, including more than a decade in multicultural advertising. He joins from My Code, where he served as Sales Director, and has held key roles at Pulpo, ImpreMedia, and OMD. Danny is recognized for driving brand growth through culturally resonant campaigns and forging long-standing client relationships. His appointment strengthens Mundial Media’s presence on the East Coast.

Alex Haluska joins as VP of Business Development. With nearly a decade in digital advertising, most recently as Senior Director of Revenue Operations at My Code, Alex has built a career at the intersection of operational discipline and strategic growth. At Mundial Media, Mr. Haluska will oversee business development, including ecosystem partnerships across the ad tech stack, with a focus on supply-side relationships and strategic integrations that support the company’s contextual targeting capabilities.

Christine Fleming has been appointed VP of Sales Enablement and brings deep expertise in B2B marketing and go-to-market strategy. Starting in the early days at the intersection of music and digital media, she held marketing, PR, and sales roles at UMG, AEG, and Napster. For more than a decade, she has held senior positions at Yahoo!, Leaf Group, and Ranker, where she led cross-functional initiatives that supported revenue growth and operational performance. At Mundial Media, she will lead sales enablement efforts, aligning internal systems, optimizing client engagement, and supporting scalable growth across the commercial organization.

Eric Kelly steps in as VP of Midwest Sales. With a decade of experience helping brands connect with multicultural audiences and almost twenty years in digital media, Eric has held leadership roles at Pulpo and My Code. His early career on the agency side informs his client-first approach and strategic insights. Eric will focus on expanding client relationships and driving growth across the Midwest region.

Elena Linares joins as Assistant Controller, bringing deep expertise in corporate accounting, controllership, and financial operations. She previously served as Financial Controller at Atlantic Paint and Finance Manager at ModoHR Technologies, with earlier experience at Raymond James and the Central Bank of El Salvador. At Mundial Media, she leads the accounting function—monthly close and consolidations, GAAP financial reporting, AR/AP, payroll and benefits administration, cash and banking, and audit/tax compliance—while partnering with FP&A as needed. Credentials include CPA (Canada), CFA Level II Candidate, and a Post-Degree Diploma in Financial Planning.
