Walker & Dunlop Arranges $110 Million Refinance of Two Premier Multifamily Properties in Loveland, CO and Durham, NC

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Walker & Dunlop, Inc. announced today that it has successfully arranged $110 million to refinance two premier properties: Plat 4 at Research Triangle in Durham, North Carolina, and Plat 10 at the Ranch in Loveland, Colorado.

Both transactions were structured as floating rate, interest-only bridge loans, secured on behalf of Buckingham Companies. Walker & Dunlop’s New York Capital Markets, led by Sean Reimer, Aaron Appel, Jonathan Schwartz, Keith Kurland, Adam Schwartz, Dustin Stolly, Michael Ianno, and Stanley Cayre, arranged the transactions, with ACRE providing the capital to refinance the existing construction loans.
