Champion® Homes to Donate Value of a New Modular Home to Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity in Ongoing Collaboration on Affordable Housing

TROY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Champion Homes, Inc. (NYSE: SKY) (“Champion Homes”) today announced it will donate the value of a modular home to Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity as part of a joint effort to build more affordable homes in Cleveland.

Local media are invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 24, 2025, at 3 p.m. at the corner of Grovewood Ave. and E. 164^th St. in Cleveland. After the ceremony, members of the press are welcome to tour the home to experience the quality of construction and beautiful design aesthetics. Seven more modular homes — also built by Champion Homes in collaboration with Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity — will be available to tour on the same block.

Larson, Executive Vice President of Business Development Wade Lyall and Regional Director of Sales Steve Peel will be present for the event with Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity President and CEO John Litten.

Greater Cleveland Habitat will sell the home to a local family at no profit with a zero percent interest mortgage. The monthly housing payment will be no more than 30 percent of their monthly income.

Built at Champion Homes’s Strattanville, Pa., manufacturing facility, this custom modular home is 1,493 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a covered front porch and features ENERGY STAR^® kitchen appliances, windows and doors. Modular homes are built according to the same local, state and regional building codes as site-built homes, usually at a faster pace and a lower cost.

There are ten homes on Grovewood Ave. and E. 164^th St. representing another chapter in Champion Homes’s continued work with Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity, including two other projects:

• Four modular homes on W. 83^rd St. built by Champion’s Sugarcreek, Ohio, manufacturing facility

• Five modular homes on Matherson Ave. built by Champion’s Sugarcreek, Ohio, manufacturing facility
