Sonrava Appoints Jared Baker as Chief Growth Officer

ORANGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sonrava, a leading national provider of dental service solutions, today announced the appointment of Jared Baker as Chief Growth Officer, effective September 15, 2025. Baker will report directly to CEO Preet Takkar.

Baker brings a wealth of experience in leading growth strategies across consumer brands, multi-location and service-based organizations. With a strong foundation in consumer and retail marketing, he has consistently guided teams to evolve engagement, scale services, and align business priorities across operational functions. Importantly, he will bring best practices from the consumer and retail world to the patients Sonrava serves, ensuring that innovations in access, convenience, and experience translate into better outcomes for every patient.

Throughout his career, Baker has held leadership roles at nationally recognized organizations such as Orangetheory Fitness, Amazon, Freshly, and Kraft Heinz. In these roles, he led cross-functional initiatives to expand access, refine engagement models, and elevate brand experiences.

As Chief Growth Officer, Baker will be responsible for driving Sonrava’s enterprise-wide growth strategy across all channels. His scope will include overseeing marketing, new patient acquisition, service expansion, and alignment with operations to ensure Sonrava continues to meet the evolving needs of its patients nationwide.

Baker’s work has been widely recognized across the industry, with multiple honors for brand innovation and marketing impact. His leadership contributions have earned awards such as the Nielsen Breakthrough Innovation Award, as well as recognition at Cannes Lions and the Effie Awards for creative campaign development.
