The ranking evaluates U.S. companies across key pillars including financial strength, stock performance, workforce culture and performance and investment in innovation.

Newsweek compiled its “America’s Greatest Companies” ranking through an in-depth analysis of publicly available data, company filings and insights from over 150,000 U.S.-based employee surveys. Respondents rated their employers on key factors such as work-life balance, career development, company culture and leadership. Companies were also evaluated on metrics including investor returns, employee satisfaction, research capabilities and technology.
