LRE Named to Fast Company’s 2025 Best Workplaces for Innovators List for the Second Consecutive Year

Ranked among the 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators for cultivating creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LRE (Leeward Renewable Energy), a leading renewable energy company, has once again been named to Fast Company’s list of the 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators. This marks the second consecutive year LRE has been recognized for cultivating an environment where creative ideas thrive and employees are empowered to develop solutions that drive the future of energy with innovation and positive impact.

The annual list, now in its seventh year, honors companies across industries, including technology, healthcare, consumer goods, and energy, that are successfully embedding innovation into their cultures. To determine this year’s winners, Fast Company evaluated applicants based on investment in innovation, company culture, and internal programs, followed by an expert panel review of the top-scoring companies.

“We are proud to once again be recognized by Fast Company as one of the Best Workplaces for Innovators,” said Jason Allen, Chief Executive Officer of LRE. “This honor reflects the creativity, passion, and dedication of our team, who continue to push boundaries to deliver clean energy solutions that help address the nation’s growing energy demand, support domestic jobs and manufacturing, and strengthen communities.”

“Innovation is at the heart of LRE’s growth and success,” said Becky Fisher, Chief Human Resources Officer. “By fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture, we empower our employees to bring forward bold ideas that develop and build new capabilities, expand opportunities, and shape the future of our industry.”

“Each year, we’re inspired by the companies and leaders who prove that innovation doesn’t happen by accident - it’s the result of intentional choices to empower people at every level,” said Brendan Vaughan, editor-in-chief of Fast Company. “The organizations on this year’s Best Workplaces for Innovators list show that when you build a culture where creativity and risk-taking are valued, breakthrough ideas inevitably follow.”
