VoidForm Opens New Facility in Central Texas to Expand Capacity

New, larger, state-of-the-art facility serves the region’s growing construction demands.

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VoidForm Products, LLC, manufacturer of void form solutions and utility protection systems, is proud to announce the opening of its new facility in Northeast San Antonio. This state-of-the-art location, located at 1500 Northlake Pass, Unit 301, Universal City, Texas, will serve as the company's Central Texas manufacturing hub, combining its former Austin and San Antonio operations under one roof to improve manufacturing capacity, efficiency, and service.

With Texas experiencing unprecedented data center and industrial construction, all while developers navigate the risks of expansive and other challenging soil conditions, this new facility positions VoidForm to meet those challenges head-on.

The new facility features expanded manufacturing services and the latest production methods, supported with greater logistics capacity.

The grand opening was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Universal City Mayor Tom Maxwell, Mayor Pro Tem Christina Fitzpatrick, City Manager Kim Turner, Economic Development and Development Services Director Michael Cassata, Tri-County Chamber of Commerce Chamber Chair Jeff Kerlick, members of the Universal City Council, and other Universal City community leaders.

Speaking at the event, Universal City Mayor Tom Maxwell emphasized the importance of this expansion:

"By centralizing operations, VoidForm is increasing its manufacturing capacity and reducing lead times. It's a win for both the industry and our community. We're excited that Universal City can now play a direct role in supporting the region's demand for reliable solutions in harsh soil environments."

By centralizing operations, VoidForm is positioned to increase throughput and provide a more seamless customer experience while maintaining the high product standards the construction sector has trusted for 45 years.

"As demand for our products has grown across Texas, it became clear we needed to scale our operations to keep pace with the region's rapid construction growth," said David DiLuccia, President of VoidForm. "This new facility reflects our ongoing investment in our Central Texas community, as well as an investment back into our team. Together, we're committed to supporting engineers and contractors to solve tough jobsite soil challenges."

With Texas experiencing unprecedented growth, all while developers navigate the risks of expansive and other challenging soil conditions, this new facility positions VoidForm to meet those challenges head-on.
