Allstates WorldCargo CEO Kendra Tanner Honored with 2025 Women in Supply Chain Award

Award recognizes Kendra as a trailblazer, for her leadership and commitment to empowering the next generation of women in logistics

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allstates WorldCargo, a leader in logistics and freight forwarding, is proud to announce that Kendra Tanner, President and Chief Executive Officer, has been recognized with the 2025 Women in Supply Chain Award by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. The award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship, and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network.

Kendra received the honor in the Trailblazers category, a distinction reserved for female leaders who are paving the way for future generations of women in supply chain.

With a 37-year career, Kendra has earned a reputation as a respected and visionary leader in the logistics industry. Since becoming CEO of Allstates WorldCargo in 2020, she has led the company through a period of transformative growth, spearheaded seven successful acquisitions – including the 2025 acquisitions of Saturn Freight Systems and Red Arrow Logistics – and championed cutting-edge technology initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational performance.

Beyond her business achievements, Kendra is recognized for her mentorship and advocacy for women in the industry. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Airforwarders Association and regularly participates in mentorship programs, networking events, and industry panels aimed at developing the next generation of leaders.

“I am deeply honored to receive the Women in Supply Chain Award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics,” said Tanner. “However, this recognition is not mine alone. It reflects the dedication of my incredible team, the colleagues and mentors who have guided me throughout my career, and the partners who continue to inspire me every day. I am especially proud to help mentor and support the next generation of women in logistics, and I hope to show them that there is no limit on what they can achieve.”

“Every year, the award winners amaze me. Regardless of the disruptions, economic uncertainty, and other industry challenges, these women in supply chain winners are doing remarkable things for their communities, organizations and teams,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Co-Founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum. “In correlation with the theme of this year’s Women in Supply Chain Forum, these female logistics leaders are rising up; they’re strengthening leadership pipelines, enforcing a people-first leadership approach, spearheading new product introductions, and transforming the way the industry views women in supply chain. I couldn’t be more proud of this year’s winners.”

Kendra’s recognition underscores Allstates WorldCargo’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, forward-thinking culture that values innovation, collaboration, and leadership development across the logistics landscape.
